Eileen Grudier, LCSW: Eileen received her BSW from Eastern Connecticut State University, and her MSW from the UCONN School of Social Work. Eileen has worked in residential settings, child and adolescent PHP/IOP programs, adult outpatient programs, as well as in-home case management. She has worked in collaboration with adult probation, DCF and local superior courts. Eileen’s most recent job was as a program director of an opiate treatment facility. Her clinical focus includes working with adults in the following areas: addiction/substance abuse, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, chronic pain, women’s issues, and grief and loss. Eileen has an eclectic approach, utilizing multiple theoretical perspectives and interventions including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), psychoeducation, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Eileen is also able to provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians seeking licensure.
